Therapy for adults and teenagers
Hannah's work is informed by her training in Social work, Human services and Gestalt psychotherapy.
A key focus of the therapy is to build a safe & therapeutic relationship, work towards therapeutic goals, with a treatment plan and exploration of client identified issues.
Therapy aims to build the understanding of client’s core organising themes and how they contribute to the client’s ways of perceiving and engaging in their world, build clients emotional literacy, self-awareness and ability to tolerate and sit with their emotions.
Therapy provides opportunities to experiment with new and different ways of being in their world, to increase supports, coping strategies and self support skills.
Therapy aims to challenge unhelpful thinking patters and provide strategies to reduce and better manage symptoms of mental health.
Hannah is a general counsellor and specialises in Anxiety, relational trauma, sexual assault, grief and loss, self esteem, conflict resolution and stress management.
