Service

Therapy and parent consult sessions run for 50 minutes.

Fee for service

$110 per session

 Clients who are eligible to obtain a mental health care plan are able to claim $74.80 per session for 10 sessions per year. Clients need to pay $110 up front and then Hannah will claim through for the client. From this claim Medicare will deposit $74.80 directly into the clients bank account within 72 hours of session.  Once 10 sessions have been utilised the full fee of $110 per session is required.

Clients who are eligible for a Health Care Plan, will be elligiable to claim $52.95 on 5 sessions per calendar year.

Cancelation policy

Notice to cancel a session must be given 24 hours prior to session or client will still be charged full fee.

Emergency contact

If you require additional support outside of scheduled counselling sessions, please call emergency 000, life lines 24 hour crisis counselling line 13 11 14 or your local GP or hospital. 

Duty of Care

The initial two sessions serves a purpose to assess whether this service is appropriate in meeting the needs of the client. At times other support services will be suggested to use in conjunction with current therapy or in some cases a client may be referred onto another service.

Termination of services

The client can terminate this service at any stage. It is usually in the client and the therapists best interest, if this is discussed, and both parties are informed and aware of the ending of services.
